 Returns

Yes! We accept returns. You can return items within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. We do not charge any restocking fee, you will only have to pay the small shipping fee (Less than $4 or $5 depending on your zone if you ship with USPS First Class). 

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price through Paypal.

How to proceed with your return.

Please Contact us with the order number and the reason for your return and we will respond to you with an authorization and give you the return shipping address.

Reasons for Return:

Doesn't fit

We are sorry to hear that your frame does not fit. If they look good but feel too tight or loose, any optician should be able to help by fitting the frame to your face at no cost to you (even if you don't do business with them). Most frames do need a fitting as everyone's faces are different.

However, if you simply do not like the look of them on your face or your optician cannot help you, we accept returns within 30 days of your purchase, just select "Does not fit" as your return reason. 

Not what I want / Changed my mind

We go to great lengths to accurately show and describe the items that you purchase from us, but sometimes the product is just not what you wanted or expected once you see it in person. Maybe the item is made with injected plastic and is more lightweight than you prefer, maybe the tone of the metal looks different in your lighting, whatever the reason if you don't like it, or if you just simply changed your mind, you can return within the first 30 days (as long as it is still in its original condition).

Arrived damaged

We package our items very carefully and fragile items such as eyeglass frames and sunglasses that ship without a hard case, will be protected by a sturdy boxes. Despite all our care, we understand that items could arrive damaged if improperly handled by the post office. If this is the case, we will accept your return, with photos showing the damage to the item and the packaging.

If you have another reason for return, feel free to explain it to us. We will accept the return as long as the item is in its original condition and the return is requested within the first 30 days.

Conditions

You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. 

International Orders: Refunds do not include any shipping charges. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
